All shipping rates quoted by our shopping cart program are estimates only. Any changes to this quote will be confirmed and approved by the customer before shipping the order. All orders are shipped by Fed-Ex 2nd Day Air service, unless otherwise specified by the customer at time of ordering. Orders are generally shipped from our inventory on Maui. However, NP Maui reserves the right to arrange drop-shipments from other warehouse locations based on availability. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customers will be advised of any delays.

International (including Canada)
All shipping rates quoted by our shopping cart program are estimates only. Any changes to this quote will be confirmed and approved by the customer before shipping the order. Rates vary depending upon whether we can drop-ship from overseas warehouses or if we must deliver directly from Maui. Orders will be shipped using the most cost effective means for international delivery. Fed-Ex is not available in all areas. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order. Customers will be advised of any delays. Customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, tariffs or VAT, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. Orders placed and shipped internationally may be exempt from VAT. Orders shipped from Maui will be subject to VAT. Shipping will be to the closest international airport, unless otherwise stipulated at time of purchase.

Returns
Absolutely no returns or refunds on gear used after purchase. Refunds and/or returns will not be accepted for “late” deliveries. NP Maui is not responsible for shipping delays. Wetsuits and clothing may not be returned under any circumstances, due to health laws in the State of Hawaii. Customers pay freight on all returns. Goods damaged in shipping may not be returned.

Damage in shipping
Customers must file all claims with Fed-Ex or other shipping companies. NP Maui insures all shipments for their full value, and packs all orders undamaged, and to where they should not be damaged. The shipping companies are responsible for all damages owed to the customer. NP Maui accepts no responsibility in honoring damage claims. Customers should check all packaging before accepting delivery. Any damaged boxes should be refused. Goods damaged in shipping may not be returned.
