Maui Kite Beach: The west end of Kanaha Beach Park is known as Kite Beach. Just minutes away from Kahului Airport, this beach is the Kite Surfers mecca on Maui’s North Shore. This long curving sandy beach with side onshore winds bring beginners back to the beach. A protective reef on the outside keep the waters in the beginners area flat for learning. While waves break on the outside to entice the intermediate and advanced riders. The wind blows year round with the strongest most consistent winds in March through October. The central valley of Maui funnels these winds, giving Kite Beach Maui more windy days than any other kiteboarding destination in the world.
Through our partner schools Neil Pryde Maui can get you the instruction you need. From Beginner Discovery classes to Advance Ride along classes. We can and will get you the best instructors on the planet!

In the tradition of Neil Pryde Test Centers around the world, we offer the latest Neil Pryde sails, rigs and accessories to make your Maui windsurfing experience not only fun, but enlightening...you've never used equipment like this before! Experience the Neil Pryde difference.
We have all the latest boards available from JP Australia to add to the experience. Light, strong and more fun than any boards you've ever sailed before!
We now rent Cabrinha kites and kiteboards to our qualified kitesurfing customers (you must have a valid IKO Level III card to rent kites). We also have a great selection of SUP boards and surfboards for those no-wind days.

Our clinics are an ideal way to continue having fun windsurfing in a social environment where you’re able to improve your windsurfing dramatically.
We are running Aloha Windsurfing Clinics to offer a catered windsurfing holiday to Maui for our male windsurfers as well as our fair ladies. We supply our guests with the best technical advice about equipment, fine tuning the gear to suit the conditions and quick tips to improve individual skill levels. There’s nothing worse than fighting badly tuned equipment when you’re trying to learn something new. We will make sure firstly that you are comfortable on your windsurfer before you head out on the water as well as supply you with the right information to smooth out the windsurfing learning curve to make it a less bumpy ride! We’re able to work with all skill levels form improver to experts in one day by forming small groups with guests with common goals as well as working with everyone individually to suit their personal needs.
Not to mention, Maui is one of the best places in the world to advance your personal windsurfing skills while taking in the most gorgeous island setting on earth. Add two leading coaches into the mix and you're on your way to a perfect windsurfing holiday. Matt Pritchard, three time world champion with many years of coaching experience under his belt and Shawna Cropas (www.shawnacropas.com) a long time Neil Pryde/JP rider has been coaching and running windsurfing holiday camps all over the world for well over a decade after years of successful competition. Together this dynamic duo create the perfect balance between hard core advanced technical moves while covering the basic like getting into footstraps and cracking those water starts. These clinics offer something for everyone! Kick off some new aerial moves with Matt or concentrate on perfecting your carve jibes or harness work with Shawna. Aloha Windsurfing Clinics offer diversity and a platter of windsurfing knowledge. We are equipped to handle all conditions and skill levels. Join us on Maui to start off your incredible holiday experience! We will be available 24/7 offering their expert services of advanced coaching quality, professional rigging advice, video feedback, on water training, equipment tuning as well as your personal entertainment organizers! This is an event you will remember for the rest of your life!
Every morning we'll start with on land simulator work and review video footage from the day before. We will spend the afternoons working with groups as well as moving around sailing and working privately addressing each individual’s personal needs and skill levels. Evening will be fun social events, beach barbecuing island style or heading for nights on the town. In the event of days with no wind, Video analyzation as well as surfing and stand up paddling or hiking adventures will be arranged with Matt and Shawna guiding the way. For the ultimate first time windsurfer, these lessons are always available through HST at Kanaha Beach Park.
We'll be setting up base at a private guest home on the North Shore using the latest Neil Pryde/ JP stock through Vela(www.velawindsurf.com) and Neil Pryde Maui (www.neilprydemaui.com)
